1 Shipping, Orders, and General Info
1.1 Can one order online and pick-up at the store?

Yes! You can order online and pick up at either our Pincher Creek or Waterton locations during regular store hours. Please reach out in the purchase process to designate your pick up location.

1.2 How many Tamarack locations are there?

We have our seasonal flagship store in Waterton Lakes National Park and our year-round Outlet store in Pincher Creek. We may, from time to time, offer pop-up locations around Southern Alberta.

We are an independent,family owned business. We are not a chain.

1.3 If I purchase an item in one store, am I able to return it to another store?

No, we are only able to accept online purchases at either location. Items purchased in store at one store must only be exchanged or returned at that same store. No exceptions please.

1.4 If I buy a gift card in one store can it be used in another?

Yes, you are able to purchase gift certificates both online and at either of our two store locations. You can redeem those certificates at either location.

At this time you are unable to redeem gift certificates online.

1.5 I can't find an item I want online. Does that mean it is not available?

Not necessarily. You may be able to special order it from us by emailing us at [email protected]

1.6 I live close to the Tamarack store in either Waterton or Pincher Creek. Can I still order online and get it delivered to my house?

Hmm.. That's a tough one. If your shipping address is in Pincher Creek, Waterton or other local areas we would love it if you could just swing by and pick up your order from the store. It will be ready and waiting for you in our holding area for order pick up. We will contact you when it is ready.

We may contact you if, when receiving your order, we find that it is more expedient for us to locally deliver your order or to arrange in store pickup.

1.7 Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can as long as your order has not been 'Shipped'. Please, email [email protected] as soon as you can. Once your order is processed and shipped, you would need to cancel it through product return. 

1.8 If my order is shipped, how long will it take?

It varies on both the area shipped to and the general business of Canada Post at that time.  We will do our best to keep you appraised of estimated shipping times using information we are given by Canada Post.

1.9 Can I request a warranty repair with you?

We will do our very best to help, on a case by case basis, with warranty issues. Warranties are very specific to the manufacturer or the supplier. Some suppliers request that the customer works directly with them, others want the retailer to get involved. We are not able to guarantee that a manufacturer or supplier will repair, replace, or credit a warranty item. We suggest that our customers research the various warranty guarantees each manufacturer provides for more information.

1.10 I have some questions about a specific item on the website. Who do I ask?

1.11 What is the Tamarack Loyalty Program?

It is our online and in-store loyalty program for our frequent, loyal customers  We have created a program that runs on points that reward you. You earn points through purchases associated with your account. Your reward points can be redeemed, at certain levels,  during check-out to further your discounts.  Sometimes, you may receive bonus points just for being you, a Tamarack customer, or through seasonal specials, marketing events, and more.

1.12 Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in Canada.  We do not ship internationally at this time.
