Sales Policies

Most Regular Priced* items purchased in store or online are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of purchase (purchase date on your order confirmation or receipt). 

ALL SALE items purchased in store or online ARE A FINAL SALE.

 

*ALWAYS 'final sale': swimwear, underwear, bear spray, climbing gear, tents and sleeping bags, water bottles, stoves, fuel, freeze-dried foods and mattresses. 

 

Items purchased with a 'DISCOUNT CODE' are also A FINAL SALE.

 

Returns/Exchanges:

All items returned/exchanged must be unworn, unwashed and free from alterations. Items must have all original tags attached and must be in sell-able condition. 

You MUST have proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, web order invoice, or customer purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.

 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of damage. Our return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accident.

 

 

We prefer, if possible, you to return/ exchange items at our physical store locations.

How to send back an item for return:

  1. Contact [email protected] for an RA# and the shipping information to ship your item back for a refund. Be sure to include a copy of your original receipt to show date of original purchase.
  2. Ship your package back via method of your choice. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. You must ship through traceable and insured mail to ensure the purchase get's to us and is eligible for a refund. We will not begin the process of return/exchange until we physically have received the item(s).
  3. Once we receive your package we will refund your original payment method(s) within 5 business days.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet the return guideline conditions, a refund will not be issued and the items(s) will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Shipping fees on the original purchase are non-refundable.

Gift Cards: Gift Cards are a non-refundable purchase. You cannot collect loyalty points on gift card purchases. At this time, gift cards can only be redeemed in store.
